Not satisfied with their previous influencer marketing platform, KontrolFreek first joined Dovetale in 2020 to utilize the Campaigns tool, with the goal of migrating over all their existing affiliate programs. By creating a Campaign for each of their distinct FreekNation member groups, KontrolFreek was able to keep track of each group's affiliate codes, commission payments, and content. But it, unfortunately, wasn't without hiccups... with some avid gamers falling into more than one category (and more than one Campaign), they did find the duplicity a small hurdle when it came to commission payments.

As one of the first users of Dovetale's Community App, KontrolFreek was able to migrate over their existing members (of their Esports Forge, Creators, and Photo Ambassadors Campaigns) into Community to finally be able to see all of their members in one place. Not only could KontrolFreek see their total members and sales, but any member belonging to more than one group could now receive one commission payout.
Since KontrolFreek already had an existing program with affiliate and partner landing pages on their website (with the specific details about each member group and the tiers + labels associated), they were able to link their new Community application to each of those pages. Utilizing one master Community application page ultimately brought each applicant to the same workspace for seamless review and approval.
